Stress is the physical response of an individual that occurs as a direct effect of stressor (which causes stress) which causes a dis-balance in the homeostasis of the body. Whenever the equilibrium is disrupted, the body responds by stimulating the nervous system, endocrine system and the immune systems. The reaction of these changes causes a number of physiological changes which leads to stress. -
