Be happy to beat stroke

A report from university of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston states that being happy , helps patient recuperating from a stroke better than people with a more gloomier attitude. Research showed that people during the first three months after a stroke tend to function better when they are positive and are relatively more independent in doing regular work than people who doesn't help themselves much. This positive attitude of the patient not only helps them but also has a profound impact on the family members. So be happy.
